What size should I order?

All items are listed with the manufacturers sizes, but all companies have their own sizing standards. We try every pair of shoes and where necessary we will offer fit advice in the description.

Can I order out of stock sizes?

If your size is not in stock, contact us and we will try our best to help.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, it's always lovely to chat to our customers.

How do I return an item?

You can return your items by post to our Whitby shop within 28 days of receipt. Items must be unworn in their original condition, in original packaging, with tags attached. You must include delivery documents as proof of purchase. We will process refund when we receive your item. Shipping charges for returns are paid by you the customer. We recommend Royal Mail 2nd class to keep costs to a minimum. Please keep proof of postage as Loafers cannot be responsible for items lost whilst being returned.

What if i want to exchange item for another size/colour?

No problem, follow the instructions above, and we'll swap them and post the initial replacement to you free of charge (subsequent postage will be chargeable).

Can I return items in person?

Yes, we'd love to see you. Refunds will be made online via your original payment method.

My item is faulty, what shall I do?
